What We Do
Education Programmes
We deliver education programmes to young people in schools, alternative education centres, teen parent units, residential spaces and youth justice centres. Our consent and healthy relationships programmes are evidence-based, interactive, and delivered by trained facilitators to help young people build confidence, understand boundaries, seek support, and look out for each other.
Community Engagement
PreventEd works alongside communities to build knowledge, confidence and collective action to help create safer environments. We connect and collaborate with whānau, schools, organisations and community leaders to develop practical approaches that reflect local needs and strengths.
Professional Training
PreventEd provides workshops for teachers, youth workers, health professionals, community organisations, and workplaces. Our training strengthens knowledge of sexual violence prevention, consent, responding to disclosures, bystander action, and creating safer environments.
eLearning, Resources and Information
PreventEd provides specialised eLearning modules and accessible resources and information to understand consent, support survivors, and promote positive change. While we are not a crisis service, we ensure people know where and how to get support when needed.
