Active Bystander

The term “bystander” means a person who witnesses an event happening. This could include people crowded around watching a fight, people who witness a car crash or people who witness online bullying.

Self Care

Self-care is exactly what it sounds like—taking care of ourselves. This may look different for everyone, but we know that it’s hugely important for our quality of life. Self-care is about nourishing our relationship with ourselves.
