Rachel Morriss-Jarvis
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Rachel brings over 20 years of leadership experience across education, public services, retail, and social services.
Rachel has a long-standing commitment to family violence and trauma services, with more than 14 years of governance and frontline experience.
Ashiana Shah
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ashiana Shah has been the Operations Manager at PreventEd (RPE) since 2011, bringing extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector across financial management, human resources, grants and funding, and organisational administration.
She holds a Graduate Diploma in Not-for-Profit Management from Unitec and provides operational and financial support across the organisation, contributing to the effective delivery and sustainability of our prevention and education programmes.
Lucie Webb
PROGRAMMES & PARTNERSHIP ADMINISTRATOR
Lucie has been working in the education sector for 30 years.
In her role she feels privileged and excited to be given the opportunity to foster and maintain positive interactions and connections with a wide range of schools, organisations and communities to deliver our key messages to help people navigate their lives safely. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and personal fitness.
Sylvia Bellingham
TEAM LEADER - EDUCATION
Sylvia has been an educator since early 2020 and has a degree in Gender Studies from Otago University. Sylvia leads our Education team and is passionate about social justice and ending sexual violence.
Outside of work hermain hobbies are cooking, dancing and spending time with friends. Ngā mihi!
Lesley-Ann Guild
PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Lesley-Ann has a Bachelor of Arts (Double Major Sociology & Social Anthropology) and has a background working with young people of diverse sexes, sexualities and genders with more than a decade working in sexuality education. She has had the pleasure of seeing first-hand how much difference great education around sexuality and relationships can make.
Lesley is excited to be able to focus on consent education and sexual violence prevention as she is passionate about education as a way of supporting social change. Outside of work Lesley plays hockey, indoor netball and loves to bake and share indulgent food.

Emma Kwan
Emma is completing her final year of a Masters in Social Work. Emma joined the organisation in 2026 and has experience in facilitation with tamariki and rangatahi. Emma was part of the Youth Action Squad at Netsafe from 2018 to 2023 where she spoke in the media, on panels, and at events to adults about online issues from a youth perspective.

Huiming Wu
Huiming started her role as an educator in 2023, in which she advocates for safer relationships and communities by facilitating workshops in mainstream and alternative education settings. In this mahi, she has enhanced skills in group facilitation, rapport building with students, presentation, problem solving, communication, team work, leadership and organisational skills
