Expressions of Interest

PreventEd (formerly Rape Prevention Education) is a non-profit organisationproudly providing education, advocacy and information on sexual violence preventionto schools, communities and organisations in Aotearoa/New Zealand for over 40 years.  Our vision is an Aotearoa that is free from sexual violence, coercion and harm.

Due to growing demand for our services, PreventEd are expanding our education team nationally and are inviting expressions of interest for part-time, contract or casual educators to join our diverse team to deliver our education programmes.

We want to hear from you if you have

• Experience in group facilitation (students and adults)
• A background in social service, education, or health sector
• A tertiary qualification in education, community development, public health and social services.
• Experience working within Māori/Pacific communities
• Excellent communication skills.
• An understanding of the New Zealand Relationships and Sexual Education Curriculum (Not necessary but desirable)
• Are capable facilitating programmes that educate on consent, safe & healthy relationships & preventing sexual violence.
• A valid driving licence
